What's Your Home Really Worth? Let's Take a Look

With the busy spring homebuying season around the corner, it’s the perfect time to discuss putting your home on the market. No doubt your first question is, “what’s my home worth?” It’s a great question and one of the most important. So, let me tell you why I want to help you get the right answer.

Your Neighborhood Is My Business

I can’t stress enough how important it is to set the right price from day one. As your agent, I know the nuances of your neighborhood better than any website. I’ve seen a lot of homes in this area, and I know what homes like it are selling for and why other homes are sitting on the market.

Tapping Into Trend Data

I offer the best of both worlds — I’m not only part of your community and a local expert, I also have access to broader market and mortgage data. Staying current on trends and community news that can affect the value of your home is what I do, like new businesses or developments going up in the area, neighborhood school rankings, etc.

Each Home Is Different

A website determines a home’s listing price based on algorithms, without taking into account the condition of your home or comparable homes in the local market. Each home has unique design details, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, and other features that can contribute to its asking price. I know how to personally assess your home and do a custom valuation based on those special considerations.

Let’s work together to make finding the right price for your home easier than you thought.
